Summary:

Upper Great Lakes Family Health is seeking a Recruitment & Credentialing Manager to lead the full lifecycle of provider talent acquisition and credentialing across multiple locations. This role ensures a seamless, professional, and mission-driven candidate experience, from initial sourcing through onboarding, while maintaining compliance with all credentialing and privileging requirements. 

Primary responsibilities and duties:

  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit physicians, dentists, advanced practice clinicians, and other licensed providers.
  • Source candidates via job boards, networks, residency programs, and partnerships.
  • Manage job postings and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Guide candidates through screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and promote the organization’s value proposition.
  • Oversee credentialing operations and supervise staff.
  • Ensure timely, accurate credentialing and privileging processes.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Resolve complex issues and drive process improvements.

Job Qualifications:

The Recruitment & Credentialing Manager must have strong attention to detail, work well independently as well as within a team environment, be proactive in handling assigned tasks and projects consistently and to conclusion. It is essential to have strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Prior experience working in healthcare leadership, recruitment, or credentialing preferred.
