Summary:

Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Clinic LPN or Certified Medical Assistant to provide daily clinical support for medical providers with primary responsibility for patient care-related tasks.  

Responsibilities

  • Provides nursing care within the scope of licensing/certification.
  • Ensures proper and efficient patient flow.
  • Prepares patients for medical examinations and treatments.
  • Manages an assigned registry of patients to support preventative health goals and patient outcomes.
  • Provides support and guidance to clinical staff.
  • Works to improve the patient experience and increase provider productivity.
  • Demonstrates advanced competency in clinical nursing.

Job Qualifications:
  • State of Michigan unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification
  • Evidence of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
