Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Administrative Operations Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to clinic leadership.  This role involves assisting with staff scheduling, compliance tracking, onboarding, and day-to-day administrative functions.  The Administrative Operations Coordinator is entrusted with handling confidential employee and department information while supporting operational goals and initiatives.

Job Qualifications:
Qualifications
  • Post high school degree in business, preferred.
  • Relevant experience working in a clerical or administrative role.
  • Possesses advanced organizational skills and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team environment to perform a wide range of administrative duties to support practice managers and senior leadership.
  • Experience handling confidential, sensitive business information.
