Summary:

Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Quality Coordinator to help coordinate quality management efforts including development, implementation, education, data collection, and analysis.  This position requires travel to all UGLFH locations, but the primary work office will be in Houghton or Marquette County.   

Responsibilities

  • Works along side clinical staff to review current clinical workflows, conduct performance assessments, and recommend/implement changes and improvements.
  • Establishes quality assurance data reports and provides reports of clinical project performance based on data; helps to interpret data for staff, providers, and leadership.
  • Educates staff on quality and systems improvement concepts and tools.
  • Assists with NCQA & BCBS PCMH processes and submission of materials required.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field or five (5) years experience in a primary care or healthcare quality setting.
  • CPHQ or other quality certification preferred.
  • Experience with PCMH preferred.
