Summary:

Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Physician (Family Practice) for its Sawyer Clinic in Gwinn, Michigan.  Our clinics are designated Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) that qualify for federal loan repayment program.  Competitive compensation and benefits with signing bonus and/or relocation potential.  Must be licensed or eligible for license in the State of Michigan.  DEA required.

Practice opportunity details include:

  • Candidate Type:  MD/DO
  • 100% outpatient; Monday-Friday schedule

Job Qualifications:
  • Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
  • State of Michigan unrestricted MD or DO licensure
  • Registered with current DEA certificate
  • One year of practice experience, preferred
