Job Summary:
The Senior Fiscal Analyst will manage the processing and submission of the CFR/SSOP/CBR and related Budget Reports.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Senior Fiscal Analyst is responsible for report preparation on a timely and accurate basis, including – NYS CFR (annual, claims, abbreviated), NYS SSOP, NYS CBR. The person in this position will create monthly financial reports necessary for senior management and maintain analysis of OPWDD rates, reimbursements and amounts recouped. They will provide suggestions for improving internal controls and workflow within areas of responsibility. Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least five years of professional accounting experience is required. Accounting experience in social services organizations is preferred. 
Physical Requirements:

Sitting in a normal seated position for extended periods of time, reaching by extending in any direction, and must be able to manipulate objects, for example, to use a keyboard, and calculator.
