Job Summary:
The Skilled Maintenance Worker in the Facilities Department will be responsible for general maintenance as requested by the Plant Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Skilled Maintenance Worker repairs walls by plastering,spackling and painting; provides plumbing and electrical repairs; replacementof windows and tile repairs; general carpentry work. This position will assist in other areas as requested. 

Education & Experience

Five (5) years of related maintenance/construction experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license is required.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to carry and lift moderate loads (50 lb.max.).
