Duties & Responsibilities: • Assists child in daily activities • Prepares instructional-materials as-directed by teacher • Monitors/overseas student’s mealtime, appropriate clothing, and bathroom breaks • Supervises and interacts with the student during meals • Meets and escorts student to and from the buses • Writes in notebooks and/or translates for parents Education & Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent One to two years of experience working with special education students is preferred. Physical Requirements: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Able to provide physical “hands on” intervention when necessary
