Job Summary:
The Case Assignment Specialist is responsible for managing, assigning, and tracking cases in the Children and Family Treatment Support Services Program receiving HCBS and/or CFTSS services for Rockland County & Bronx.


Duties & Responsibilities:

The Case Assignment Specialist maintains weekly reports related to Staff Case Assignments, Staff Rosters, Missing Case Assignments. Reviews and monitors Case service units in Treatment Plans to ensure staff’s delivery of service matches plans as prescribed. Analyzes Benchmark Reports and Fiscal Roster reports with CFTSS Team for reconciliation of units of service provision.

Education & Experience

A Bachelor’s degree Education, Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, Business, or a related field, one (1) year systems administrator experience is required, proficient with computers, proven time-management and organizational skills, positions in Lower Hudson Valley required a valid, non-restricted Driver License.

While performing the duties for this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate clearly and effectively.  The employee is required to stand; use mobility, handle, feel; and reach. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel or crouch.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
