Job Summary:

The Director of Clinical Services will provide supervision and oversight for the Children and Family Treatment Support Services program.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Director of Clinical Services for the Children & Family Treatment Support Services Program will provide training, manages fiscal/billing matters, address client concerns, incident reporting review and approve progress notes, be aware of and sensitive to trauma informed care and the cultural needs of the child/youth and how to best meet their needs. The Director of Clinical Services is expected to work flexible schedule when requested.

Education & Experience
  • New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
  • Three (3) years supervisory experience of staff providing direct services to severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents or providing linkage to services for children with a mental health diagnosis.

While performing the duties for this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate clearly and effectively.  The employee is required to stand; use mobility, handle, or feel and reach.   The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel or crouch.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
