Work in home with children and their families to resolve conflict and cultivate a unified environment. Assist clients in Family Therapy approach. Provide program reports and maintains case reports in accordance with policies of St. Dominic's and Office of Mental Health.
A Masters degree in a clinical treatment field is required. Experience in a clinical background working with high-risk children and families and have demonstrated skills and experience in working with that service population is required. Must have extensive knowledge of Family Therapy techniques. A NYS valid, non-restricted, driver license is required for this position.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to effectively communicate. The employee must be able to use public transportation, including the subway. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, use mobility and, write or use the computer.
