Conduct face to face contacts with foster parents as required and reviews/discusses treatment plans/goals with the foster parents and children. Revise children’s treatment plans and goals and develops new goals as needed. Provide advice and consultation to foster parents regarding specific problems and gives them strategies to help them meet the children’s needs. Attend court hearings at the request of the supervisor for children on their caseloads, as needed. Make school visits, at least, quarterly and, as needed, at the request of the Supervisor.
BSW or BA degree in a related field preferred with at least three (3) years of experience working with children and families. Experience in the field of child welfare preferred.
