Job Summary:
SIGN ON BONUS $2,000
The Foster Care Case Planner provides casework services to children and adolescents in care and to their biological families to determine and achieve the goal of permanency. He/she does this through ongoing case assessment as well as use of evidence-based models to engage parents and enable change.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Establish and adjust as necessary, the permanency goal for each child on his/her caseload.

Education & Experience

MSW or equivalent Human Service Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year experience. Bilingual Spanish Speaking preferred.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties for this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate clearly and effectively.  The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 pounds.
