Job Description


Catapult Consultants is now hiring a Senior IT Analyst. Specific Responsibilities include utilizing large sets of financial data to understand trends, identify efficiencies, reconcile inconsistencies, and provide clarity on the IT budget/spend across the enterprise, among other varied tasks.  

Minimum Requirements:
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics OR another related or relevant field required. Four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a degree.  
• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst/IT auditor required.
• Prior experience with the PPBE process required.
•  Proficiency in Tableau and Qlik required. 
• Must be able to perform ad hoc data analytics across large sets of financial data and utilize results into larger efforts.
• Must be able to create concise, clear communications detailing the results of financial and trend analyses to executive-level employees, as well as to communicate with other staff to gather inputs, comprehend analyses, and justify analyses. 
• SAF experience is strongly preferred.
• Note: role sits fulltime at the PNT with limited ability to work remote.
Abilities Required:
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel while typing at a computer keyboard.
• The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach, or lift objects up to 10 pounds.
• The employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The vision requirements include: close vision.
