As a Social Service Worker Supervisor, you will lead and support a team dedicated to helping children and families experience safety, stability, and healing. This role combines leadership, mentorship, and direct support to ensure high-quality services are delivered with compassion, accountability, and purpose.

What You Bring
Qualified Professional in the state of North Carolina
Bachelors degree in Social Work or related human services field required
Experience working with children and families in a community-based or child welfare setting
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to support staff development while maintaining program quality and compliance
Valid drivers license, insurance, registration, and reliable transportation
What Puts You Ahead
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Previous DSS or County Experience
LCSW or LCSW-A Licensure
Experience in foster care, child welfare, or behavioral health services
Confidence managing high-risk situations and supporting crisis intervention
Strong understanding of documentation, compliance, and service standards
Passion for mentoring others and creating a positive team culture
