YOUR JOB

As Director of a foster care agency, you will lead with a commitment to ensuring every child’s safety and well-being while upholding the highest standards of care. You will oversee and develop a high-performing team of professionals who support, train, and equip skilled and compassionate resource families to meet the unique needs of children in care. Through strong leadership and collaboration, you will ensure your team is empowered to deliver exceptional service, foster lasting relationships, and promote stability for children and youth. Working closely with a multidisciplinary network, you will drive the implementation of innovative, evidence-based treatment services that promote healing, resilience, and long-term success.

 

Location: Dallas, Texas

Salary: $60,000-$65,000/annual

We have provided quality care and services to children, youth, and families through a myriad of effective community-based services. Today, The Bair Foundation provides services in 9 states, including Kentucky, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.  Our programs are child-centered, family-focused, strength-based, and culturally competent, which are making a significant and positive impact on the children and families we serve.  We strive to touch lives and create a better future.

WHAT YOU BRING (Basic qualifications)

  • Education Bachelor’s in Social Work

  • Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration.
