Overview:

Mental Health Targeted Case Managers assist individuals in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and other services. The primary goal of case management is to optimize the functioning of individuals who have complex needs by coordinating needed treatment and support services. The desired outcomes for persons receiving case management services are self-sufficiency, and satisfaction in the living, learning, work and social environments of their choice.

Pay Per Hour:

$23.00 - $25.00 (dependent upon experience)

0-2Y = $23.00 per hour

3-5Y = $24.00 per hour

6+Y = $25.00 per hour


Flexible Schedule between 8 am - 8 pm!

Education and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a Human Services field preferred, or non-related degree and three years of behavioral health experience. 

Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM) verified through the Florida Certification Board (FCB) in accordance with Florida Statute 394.4573(e). Provisional status must be obtained within six months of hire date.
 

To be considered for employment, you will be required to undergo a criminal background check, employment references check, and drug screening. In addition you must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than six points. A three year driving record will also be required upon hire.
