Overview:



Mental Health Assistants provide patient supervision, care, and activities services in accordance with professional staff direction and unit procedures. In addition, MHA's assists patients in activities of daily living, assists in implementing treatment plans and provides supportive contact with patients.



Shift:
12 Hour Day 
12 Hour Night
Weekend Night Shift
       
Rate of Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour, depends on experience, plus shift differential.
0-2Y = $15.00
3-5Y = $16.00
6+Y = $17.00

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Psychiatric experience or CNA certification preferred.



To be considered for employment, you will be required to undergo a criminal background check, employment references check, and drug screening. In addition you must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 6 points. A 3 year driving record will also be required upon hire.
