Overview:


Provide support and resources through SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR) process to help people successfully obtain SSI/SSDI.  Complete SOAR training within two weeks from date of hire.  Work with the referral sources and community partners to accurately identify candidates through team meetings, outreaches, and referrals.


Shift:             Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Rate of Pay:     $17.00 per hour (1-2 years of experience)
$18.00 per hour (3-5 years of experience)
$19.00 per hour ( 6+ years of experience)

Education and Experience:
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a major in counseling, social work, psychology, criminal justice, nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education, health science, or a related human services field preferred.
  • Other Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with 1 year of full-time or equivalent experience working with adults experiencing serious mental illness.
  • Current valid driver’s license with no more than 6 points over 3 years. 
  • Maintain Apalachee Designated Auto Driver status.
