Community Alliance has six (6) positions for Peer Support: Safe Harbor, FEP Program, Supported Employment, Integrated Health Clinic and Community Support. Community Alliance is offering an integrated health care approach and built on an array of mental health and primary care services. Ideal candidates will have passion for working with vulnerable populations and comfortable in collaborating with other professionals to empower clients to achieve self-defined goals. Leverage your lived experience in recovery from mental illness and/or substance use disorder to assist clients in the rehabilitative and recovery process. The Peer Support Specialist for Safe Harbor is required to have a State Certification upon hire. The position is fulltime from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am. The Peer Support Specialist for the FEP Program (First Episode Psychosis) is required to have Sate Certification upon hire. The position is fulltime from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. The Peer Support Specialist for Employment Services/Worksource is required to have State Certification upon hire. The position is fulltime from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. The Peer Support Specialist for Integrated Health Clinic is required to have Sate Certification upon hire. This position is fulltime from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday The Peer Support Specialist for Community Support is required to have State Certification upon hire. This position is fulltime from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday.
Peer Support Specialist for Employment Services will help identify and link employment resources with vocational goals for clients served. Will provide on and off site job coaching and job support.
